Green molten lava? Oooooh yeah. *Let it floooow, let it floooow*
Note: This type of volcano will not harm you; the most it can do is to have its lava burn your tongue if you can’t resist cooling it before you dive right in. I know, I know. It’s tempting, alright.

Ingredients
- 2/3 cup white chocolate chunks
- 2 tbsp matcha powder
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 3/4 cup confectioners sugar
- 2 eggs
- 7 tbsp flour
- extra confectioners sugar for dusting
Directions
- Brush glass ramekins with some melted butter. Place them on a baking tray. Set aside.
- Preheat oven to 420F.
- Melt white chocolate chunks in a bowl set on top of a pot of simmering water under low-medium heat.
- Add matcha powder and mix until smooth and well combined.
- Turn off heat. Slowly stir in melted butter. Keep mixing until well combined.
- Remove bowl from heat. Sift in icing sugar in 1/4 cup portions while mixing slowly and consistently.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition until a thick consistency is created.
- Stir in flour in 1/4 cup portions while mixing consistently until well combined.
- Scoop and portion batter into the four ramekins.
- Bake for 9-10 minutes until outer edges are golden brown and center is still jiggly and “molten”.
- Use a butter knife to cut around edges of each cake. Invert and transfer cake to a clean plate.
- Dust cake with confectioners sugar.
